We want to showcase the emerging talent of Filipino chefs, restaurants, and beyond. We'll work with our chosen food vendors to curate their menus so that all vendors are offering menu items that are distinct and unique. Also, we are not limiting the food selection to Filipino cuisine. So burgers, Pho, Halal, and whatever is tasty is welcomed. But try to add a Filipino twist if you can!
What kind of food vendor are you?
All food trucks must be permitted in the city of San Francisco.
An outdoor booth in Mint Plaza or Mint St. to prepare and sell your food.
A dessert booth inside the Mint to sell your sweets. (Must be prepared off site)
Sauces, honey, spices, canned drinks, NON-dairy, etc, and other packaged foods prepared off-site, in a licensed facility and sold in a sealed container.
