Now The Fine Print…

PRICING BREAKDOWN

• Booth Fee + $50 Refundable Security Deposit = Total Price

• $50.00 Refundable Security deposit will be refunded once vendor requirements are met (See below for details). 

• 5% Revenue Share (your sales before taxes) for this year to keep the event economically viable and pass on the savings to you as a lower Booth Fee. 5% of your Revenue is due at the end of the day.

• Booth Fee & Refundable Security Deposit must be processed upon applying to the event. If you're not accepted, we will refund your Booth Fee & Refundable Security Deposit by September 18, 2026.

  RETAIL VENDOR REQUIREMENTS 

• All vendors must use Square, Paypal, or other POS system that can provide a daily sales report. 

• Cash sales must be entered into Square, Paypal, or other POS system 

• Commit to setting up your booth a few hours prior to the event based on our team’s load-in schedule. 

• Commit to staffing your booth the entire event. Vendors may be penalized for leaving early. 

• Help promote the event by doing at least (2) posts on your social media pages and at least (1) email blast (if you have an email list). UNDISCOVERED SF will provide a social media kit and social assets for you to share.

• Commit to attending a vendor meet-up and orientation day.

• Check out with UNDISCOVERED SF staff at the end of the event

• Vendors must remove all merchandise boxes at the end of the night and dispose of offsite. 

• Any damage to the venue or trash left onsite may incur additional fees.

Friday, August 7, 2026 - Vendor Applications open

Friday, August 28, 2026 - Deadline for all Vendor Applications

Week of September 7, 2026 - Curation of Vendors by UNDSCVRD SF team based on available space

Friday, September 11, 2026 - Confirmation/Decline emails sent out to all Vendors who applied.

Friday, September 18, 2026 - Refunds processed for Vendors who were declined/not enough space

Week of October 12, 2026 - Vendor Meetups & Orientation (Retail & Food)

Saturday, October 24, 2026 - HUB 2: UNDSCVRD Season 10 Night Market on Ritch St.

Week of November 2, 2026 - Vendor Meetups & Orientation (Retail & Food)

Friday, Nov 13, 2026 - HUB 3: UNDSCVRD 10 Year Anniversary Gala + Mahal Mural Unveiling on Jessie West / Sentro
