Now The Fine Print…

PRICING BREAKDOWN

  • Booth Fee + $50 Refundable Security Deposit = Total Price

  • $50.00 Refundable Security deposit will be refunded once vendor requirements are met (See below for details). 

  • We have reduced to a 5% Revenue Share (your sales before taxes) for this year to keep the event economically viable and pass on the savings to you as a lower Booth Fee. 5% of your Revenue is due at the end of the day.

  • Booth Fee & Refundable Security Deposit must be processed upon applying to the event. If you're not accepted, we will refund your Booth Fee & Refundable Security Deposit by September 12, 2025.

FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

  • All vendors must use Square, Paypal, or other POS system that can provide a daily sales report.

  • Cash sales must be entered into Square, Paypal, or other POS system 

  • Commit to setting up your booth a few hours prior to the event based on our team’s load-in schedule.

  • Commit to staffing your booth from 2pm - 8pm the entire event. Vendors may be penalized for leaving early. 

  • Help promote the event by doing at least (2) posts on your social media pages and at least (1) email blast (if you have an email list). UNDISCOVERED SF will provide a social media kit and social assets for you to share.

  • Commit to attending a vendor meet-up and orientation day.

  • Vendors who are cooking onsite must place tarp on the ground below all surfaces and not leave grease stains or any trash at the venue (not applicable to Food Trucks). 

  • Check out with UNDISCOVERED SF staff at the end of the event

  • Food vendors are allowed 1 bag of garbage to be placed into our event dumpsters at the end of the night. All other trash related to food service including oil and waste must be disposed of offsite in a proper food handling way.

  • Vendors must abide by all Health & Fire Department standards during service.

  • Any damage to the venue or trash left onsite may incur additional fees.

    *FOR NON-SF PERMITTED FOOD TRUCKS:

    Food trucks that are not SF permitted will need to go through a separate SF Fire Department inspection. If you are accepted then our Food and Retail Curator will go through this process with you. UNDISCOVERED SF will cover all permitting fees.


VENDOR TIMELINE

Friday, August 8, 2025 - Vendor Applications open

Friday, August 29, 2025 - Deadline for all Vendor Applications

Week of September 1, 2025 - Curation of Vendors by UNDISCOVERED SF team based on available space

Friday, September 5, 2025 - Confirmation/Decline emails sent out to all Vendors who applied.

Friday, September 12, 2025 - Refunds processed for Vendors who were declined/not enough space

Week of September 29, 2025 - Vendor Meetups & Orientation (Retail & Food)

Friday, October 3, 2025 - Vendor Map is published

Saturday, October 18, 2025 - UNDISCOVERED SF Season 9 2025!
